Christopher Samuel-Horsfall brings a unique and powerful blend of technical precision and industry leadership to the real estate sector. Holding two engineering degrees from the prestigious Newcastle University, UK, and being a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), he approaches real estate development with a focus on structural integrity, sustainable design, and efficient project execution. This engineering ethos ensures that every AwoofHomes project is built on a foundation of quality, safety, and value.
His journey in real estate began in 2015, driven by a desire to bridge the gap between aspiration and ownership. Frustrated by the industry’s often complex and unsupportive processes for buyers, he envisioned a company that acts as a true partner to its clients. This vision materialized as AwoofHomes Services—a company built on the principles of transparency, support, and affordability.
Recognized as a thought leader and advocate for ethical practices, Engr Christopher Samuel-Horsfall currently serves as the Rivers State Chapter Chairman of the Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN). ERCAAN is the premier, nationally recognized professional body for real estate practitioners, with an international footprint. His leadership at ERCAAN underscores his deep commitment to elevating professional standards, fostering consumer trust, and shaping policies that make the market more accessible and secure for all Nigerians.
